Fried rice and Mutton curry

Fried rice

Ingredients:

Rice - 2 1/2 cups
onion - 3 large size
tomato - 3 large size
pudina-  handful
spices - cloves 4, cinnamon sticks - 3 small pieces, elaichi 1, starflower - 1 - prepared course powder
bay leaves - 2
chilly powder full 3 spoons
dhaniya powder full 6 spoons
garam masala powder 1 spoon
haldi - 1/2 spoon
green chillies large 8
ginger garlic paste - 3 large spoons

Procedure:

Heat the oil. add ghee and add onions to it, when the onions are brown add bay leaves. saute it nicely. add spices powder and then ginger garlic paste, after few minutes add pudina, and all the other powders. add tomatoes and chillies . when the tomatoes have become soft add rice and salt as required at last add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.  cook it.

Mutton curry

Ingredients:

half Kg mutton
Grind tomatoes 4 large size; onion 2 large size; chilli powder 3 spoons; dhaniya powder 6 spoons; four green chillies , haldi to a fine paste
ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon

Procedure:

Cook mutton first separately. Take a kadai , add oil, when the oil is hot add onions , saute it and add ginger garlic paste, when it has become brown add the grinded paste and saute it nicely.add garam masala and then add mutton and cook it. add coriander leaves.serve it hot.
